A Jersey City resident since 2006, Leda was born in London and raised in the UK and Peru. She holds a degree in Modern Languages (Spanish and Italian) and a Masters in Latin American Politics & International Relations from the University of London. She speaks fluent Spanish and lives in the Harsimus Cove area of downtown Jersey City.
Leda joined Sawyer Smith Residential in 2017 and since then, she has overseen numerous transactions of beautiful properties for her sellers and buyers. Her reputation as a knowledgeable, accommodating yet tenacious Realtor is well deserved. She navigates through complex deal structures and even zoning issues with patience and expertise.
Leda is engaged and committed to her community. She's served as a board member of her neighborhood association and advocated for the betterment of Jersey City public schools. She believes in keeping her community a thriving place, not just for her children but for all of its residents. In 2011 Leda was granted the Jersey City Woman of Action Award given annually by the Mayor of Jersey City.
Leda has a background in Business Development having worked in New York City for a Bond Rating Agency and an Interior Design Studio as well as having managed a non-profit organization based in Lima, Peru. Leda enjoys travel, cycling, good food and spending time with her husband and two young children at the various art and cultural events that Jersey City has to offer.
